Nile Red is a lipophilic oxazine fluorescent dye that combines with lipid substances and emits fluorescence. Under excitation at a wavelength of 530nm, it exhibits strong orange red fluorescence. At the same time, it displays red under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. Additionally, it can also be used for protein staining.

Solubility: Soluble in water (Partly miscible), and methanol (1 mg/ml)。
