Product Introduction

Under the influence of induction medium, stem cells will gradually differentiate into bone cells, produce an obvious calcium secretion reaction, and form calcium salt crystals or calcium nodules, which can be stained by alizarin red. When osteogenic induction is successful, the calcium nodules appear red or orange-red when combined with alizarin red dye. Subsequently, semi-quantitative analysis was performed by detecting the OD value at 560 nm by CPC. This Kit consists of alizarin red staining solution, CPC solution and standard. It is suitable for evaluating the effects of osteogenic induction and can also be used for the detection of calcium salts in other cell or tissue samples.
