Crk-like protein is a protein that is encoded by the CRKL gene.v-CRK avian sarcoma virus CT10-homolog-like contains one SH2 domain and two SH3 domains. CRKL has been shown to activate the RAS and JUN kinase signaling pathways and transform fibroblasts in a RAS-dependent fashion. It is a substrate of the BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase and plays a role in fibroblast transformation by BCR-ABL. In addition, CRKL has oncogenic potential.CrkL together with Crk participates in the Reelin signaling cascade downstream of DAB1.
As the OD values of the standard curve may vary according to the conditions of the actual assay performance (e.g. operator, pipetting technique, wash technique or temperature effects), the operator should establish a standard curve for each test. Typical standard curve and data are provided below for reference only.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay):CV% < 10%; Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):CV% < 10%
The recovery of Mouse CRKL spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Mouse CRKL and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
