| WNT10B

Protein Wnt-10b (formerly Wnt12) is a protein that is encoded by the WNT10B gene. The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes that encode secreted signaling Proteins. These Proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It may be involved in breast cancer, and its protein signaling is, it is presumed, a molecular switch that governs adipogenesis.

| Typical data

As the OD values of the standard curve may vary according to the conditions of the actual assay performance (e.g. operator, pipetting technique, wash technique or temperature effects), the operator should establish a standard curve for each test. Typical standard curve and data are provided below for reference only.

| Repeatability

Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay):CV% < 10%; Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):CV% < 10%

| Recovery

The recovery of Human WNT10B spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
